I’m Stephanie, founder of Mentuco and FTV Production Consulting. I build training programs that don’t just get created, they get completed and used.

My background is in designing and implementing training at scale. I’ve led payroll and labor training initiatives at companies like Cast & Crew and Entertainment Partners, and through FTV Consulting I’ve worked with both organizations and individual professionals to turn their expertise into structured, practical courses.

Across the financial sector, service industries, entertainment, and professional development, I’ve seen the same pattern: most courses fail because they’re built around information, not structure. They overwhelm people, lose momentum, and never translate into real outcomes.
